Returns and refunds

Changed your mind? You can return your order within 14 days of it arriving.

What we can take back

Boxes and any food or drink products must be unused and still sealed in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety we can't accept opened food items back.

How to return

Email office@athletebox.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you the return address. You pay the cost of posting it back. We recommend a tracked or insured service, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once we receive your box back unopened, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your box arrives damaged, has something missing, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including postage.

Bought as a gift?

The person who placed the order should get in touch, and the refund goes back to their payment method.
